A window to nowhere or a fish tank? The artist put up a piece of glass (or plexiglass; couldn't tell) and painted a windowframe on the brick wall to give the illusion of a bricked-up window.

The glass made it hard to photograph because of the reflected flash, but there wasn't enough light otherwise.
